We are constantly looking for a skilled Golang Engineer and with a strong desire to create applications for high-load systems in the mining field, who will join our dynamic team on the ASIC Hub product - an innovative application that serves as a local network's nerve center, interacting with onsite devices to gather telemetry and exert control, similar to a smart home agent in the mining industry.
About you
- You have strong general experience in back-end development
- You have at least 4 years of experience with Golang and you know its language specifications.
- Practical experience in TCP/UDP protocols and concurrency patterns in Go.
- Familiarity with basic Linux commands and environment.
- Experience or understanding of IoT, embedded Linux, and Windows services.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Understanding of the mining domain and ASICs operation is a plus.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

About the role
- Develop and maintain the ASIC Hub application, ensuring seamless communication with devices within the local network.
- Implement robust TCP/UDP communication protocols to facilitate efficient data exchange.
- Design and write system monitoring solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the mining industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tech stack, which includes Go, Postgres, SQLite, Clickhouse, Redis, gRPC, MQTT, NATS.
- Collaborate closely with a team of Go Engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive the project forward.
- Engage in data-driven development, managing and optimizing the flow of large datasets.

About the team and structure
In this position, you will closely work with CTO, Project Manager and 2 Go Engineers. Now we are a team of 80+ specialists and 6 products we are working on.
This is possible thanks to a flat structure, small teams, where everyone is a little bit of a product person, digs deep into the product and brings their own ideas.
- We don’t have absolutely clearly described processes, and sometimes you just need to do it in order to seize huge opportunities. This may not suit some people, and that’s ok.
